The Sims Bustin' Out for the Game Boy Advance is a game developed by Griptonite Games and published by Electronic Arts in the USA on December 2nd 2003 and in Europe on December 19th 2003.
There is also a japanese version of it called The Sims. It apparently got ported from The Sims Bustin' Out and translated into Japanese and released on January 26th 2004.
